The Union Catering Company has announced its first Barrels, Brews, and Bites event, set to take place on Saturday, May 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Pavilion in Hays.
The new event aims to bring the community together for an evening of food, drinks, and entertainment, featuring a variety of local flavors and experiences. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample an assortment of beer, wine, and liquor, paired with curated bites ranging from food truck favorites to more upscale cuisine.
General admission tickets are priced at $60 and include a commemorative glass, food truck offerings, and several drink samples. VIP tickets, available for $115, offer an enhanced experience with additional perks such as an event T-shirt, upscale cuisine options, premium beverage samples, and access to private restrooms.
In addition to food and drink, the event will feature live entertainment throughout the evening. Event T-shirts will also be available for purchase on-site for those looking to take home a keepsake.
Organizers also shared that proceeds from the event will benefit the Ellis County Historical Society, supporting its ongoing efforts to preserve and share the region’s history.
This is a 21-and-over event, and valid identification will be required for entry.
