Benjamin John Keller, age 36, of Quinter, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022, in Quinter, Kansas. Ben was born in Quinter on October 4, 1986, to John Kenneth and Cynthia Ann (Burgardt) Keller.
Ben worked for Hi-Plains Cooperative at the grain elevator, along with many other odd jobs. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed camping, watching the Kansas City Chiefs, mechanic work, and was always dirty. He had a big heart, always had someone to hangout with, could find a friend anywhere he went, and loved all of his nieces and nephews. Ben alsoloved his dogs Susie, Chance, and Lucky.
Ben is survived by his parents; brother Josh Keller (Leanna) of WaKeeney, Kansas; and sister Brandi Klein (Matthew) of Quinter; nieces & nephews Abby, Morgan, Mallory, Averi, Gavin, Autumn, and Knox; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and his uncle Mick Burgardt.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Park Kansas with Father James Thomas as celebrant. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, October 21, 2022, at Schmitt Funeral Home, Quinter. A vigil service will follow at 7:00 PM.
