HAYS - The Hays High boys and girls both finish third at their own cross country meet yesterday at the Rolling Ridge Cross Country Course.
Taevian Maupin was one of two medalists for the Indian boys, finishing seventh (17:06 ). Logan Leiker was 13th (18:11 ).
Ava Biggs was the lone girls’ medalist finishing 14th (18:11).
Dodge City won the girls' large class team title with 29 points, Garden City was second with 38 points. Garden City's Kate Wiese won the individual title (19:47.7).
Garden City won the boys large class team title with 16 points, Dodge City was second with 43. Garden City's Trevor Fry won the individual title (16:00.7).
