MANHATTAN - The TMP-Marian volleyball team went 2-1 at the Manhattan Invitational Saturday. The Monarchs defeated Topeka High (25-9, 25-19) and Shawnee Heights (25-50, 27-25) before losing to the host Indians (15-25, 16-25).
The Monarchs improve to 23-6 on the season. They will be at home Thursday for a first-round match of the Mid-Continent League Tournament.
