Kenny W. Warnken, 67, passed away July 4, 2020, at his home in Great Bend. He was born on December 1, 1952, at Great Bend, to Allen & Moyne (Seltmann) Warnken.
A lifetime Great Bend resident, Kenny worked for Essex. He enjoyed country cruising while listening to his oldies music. He also enjoyed listening to the police scanner.
Survivors include, a son, Erik Warnken and wife Elizabeth of Palmer Lake, Colo.; a daughter, Traci Brackbill of Great Bend; a brother, Gordon Warnken and wife Jane of Hutchinson; a sister, Verla Gorham of Valley Center; and three grandchildren, Kaiden Brackbill, Terrance Warnken, and Neil Warnken. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Roger Warnken.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 10, 2020, at Bryant Funeral Home, with Pastor Larry Schumacher presiding. Memorials are suggested to the Kenneth Warnken Funeral Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
