For the fourth time this season, Fort Hays State is in the D2Football.com Top 25 Poll. The latest edition released on Monday had the Tigers ranked No. 19. FHSU finished the regular season 8-3 overall after a 27-20 win at Nebraska-Kearney.
Fort Hays State remains as one of four MIAA schools listed in the D2Football.com Top 25 this week. Central Oklahoma (10-1) is No. 7 and Pittsburg State (8-2) is No. 8. Both will play in the NCAA Division II Playoffs. Fort Hays State (8-3) is No. 19 and Central Missouri (8-3) is No. 20.
In the latest AFCA Top 25 Poll, Central Oklahoma is No. 8, Pittsburg State is No. 13, and Central Missouri is No. 25. Fort Hays State is the highest team listed in the receiving votes section, just five votes shy of the Top 25.
