Two public hearings will be Wednesday during the Hays Area Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
The board will consider approving the variance request by Michael Kline for a west side yard setback reduction for installation of a carport at 315 E. 23rd St.
A second public hearing will be a request by Lance Gerstner to approve the variance of an east street side yard setback reduction for installation of a covered patio at 1407 Motz Ave.
