Collin Bielser, Hays assistant city manager, recently presented the August progress report on projects completed last month by city employees and various departments.&nbsp;

In addition to some street improvements, projects included stocking of the Vineyard Park pond with 100 pounds of catfish, in agreement with the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism.&nbsp;

Painting of Fort Hays State University and Sternberg Museum of Natural History logos is underway on the water tower near the museum.

Bielser also reported the north Vine roundabout project is a little more than 19 percent completed.&nbsp;
