LAWRENCE - Hays High cross country competed at the famed Rim Rock Farm course outside of Lawrence on Saturday. 149 teams were in attendance for the three separate races on each the girls' and boys' side.
Audrey Yarmer grabbed a top ten finish in the girls crimson division with a time of 20:44.01. The Hays girls placed 10th out of 28 teams in their division.
Emery Zimmerman was the top boys finisher with an 18:00.47, good for 22nd. Bladyn Werth was nine seconds behind in 28th. The Hays boys team finished in 6th out of 30 teams.
