Phillipsburg resident Connie Jo Springer, age 67, passed away Friday, October 29th, 2021, at the Hays Medical Center, Hays, KS.

Connie was born August 18, 1954, in Manhattan, KS the daughter of Don and Bonnie (Sowell) Springer.

Survivors include her friend Merlyn Schick of Phillipsburg; brothers 
Russell of Manhattan, Jesse of Topeka, Ronald of Manhattan, a sister Joy
 Burgess of Manhattan; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Donald.

Cremation was planned.&nbsp; Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. 
Saturday, December 4, 2021, at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, 
Phillipsburg. &nbsp;The Inurnment will follow in the St. Peter’s Cemetery, 
Phillips County.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 3rd, at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Phillips County E.M.S.
