Raymond Alfred Hartman, age 65, of Hays, Kansas passed away Sunday, May
16, 2021, in Hays. He was born September 9, 1955, in Sacramento,
California to Stephen and Irene (Fergurson) Hartman.
Raymond
had worked as a Handyman and Roofer owning his own roofing company,
Roof One in Indiana. He enjoyed collecting firearms, fishing and working
on his vehicles.
He is survived by his wife,
Rita of Hays; daughter, Erica Rae Towne of Hays; stepdaughters, Cherie
Pfannenstiel and husband Eric of Munjor, Kansas and Jackie Diaz and
husband Elias of Farmington, New Mexico; a stepson, Kris Jamison of
Hutchinson, Kansas; a brother, Stanley Hartman of Sacramento; two
sisters, Alice Hartman and Lorell Nichols both of Bisbee, Arizona; a
grandson, Matthew Towne and three step-grandchildren, Dawson Jamison,
Tobias Diaz and Tavius Diaz.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
