TREGO COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 12:30 p.m. Thursday in Trego County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by Jeremy C. Brown, 36, Houston, was westbound on Interstate 70 just west of the Collyer exit.
The SUV traveled into the north ditch. The driver overcorrected, crossed into the westbound lanes and traveled into the median. The SUV then rotated to the north and rolled.
EMS transported Brown to the Gove County Hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
