Monday's clouds in Hays brought another 0.35 of spring rain, according to the K-State Agricultural Research Center.

The measured moisture for the month so far - 5.14 inches - is ahead of the average 3.31 inches.

Hays is also 4 inches ahead of the 7.92 inch yearly average with 11.84 inches as of May 25.
