TOPEKA — The Kansas Hospital Association is pleased to announce the hiring of Terry Siek, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, as our new director of clinical services.
Prior to joining KHA, Siek was the vice president of patient care and Chief Nursing Officer at HaysMed in Hays.
Siek has longstanding experience as a nurse leader, educator and clinical nurse. The hospitals of Kansas are excited to tap into his extensive experience as he will provide nursing and clinical expertise across all KHA initiatives.
As part of his role, Siek will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to implement quality, safety and clinical workforce initiatives. He also will serve as KHA’s nurse liaison to allied organizations, committees and external organizations.
Siek holds a bachelor of science in nursing and master of science in nursing from Fort Hays State University. His extensive knowledge over the past 34 years in nursing from the bedside to a nurse executive will be invaluable to the KHA membership. Siek joined the KHA team on Aug. 18.
