Kirk Lyle Mitchell, 56, of Osborne, KS, passed away on Friday, July 
23, 2021, in Osborne County, KS. &nbsp;Kirk was born on September 24, 1964, in 
Smith Center, KS to Doyle &amp; Lola (O'Connor) Mitchell. &nbsp;He was one of
 several children.

Kirk was a cabinet maker by trade. &nbsp;He has worked for Smith Cabinet 
of Farmington, AR, and cabinet maker in Wichita, KS as well as building 
cabinets on his own. &nbsp;Recently, he has been working at Midway Coop of 
Osborne, KS.

Kirk was an outdoorsman. &nbsp;He loved to fish &amp;&nbsp;go hunting, and 
spend time with his fiance', Becky Snook.&nbsp; Kirk was a hard working man 
and was always there for his family or friends, especially if they 
needed any help.

Kirk loved his children and grandchildren. &nbsp;

Kirk was preceded in death by his parents.

Kirk is survived by his sons: Clark Mitchell of Smyrna, TN; J. D. 
Mitchell of Lowell, AR; sisters: Joleen Kats of Osborne, KS; Joyce Matal
 of Topeka, KS; Dodie Mitchell of Topeka, KS; Kathy Wade of Manhattan, 
KS; Fiance': Becky Snook of Osborne, KS; 3 grandchildren.
