Dianne Paciello passed away peacefully in Middle Village, N.Y. on March 24,2025.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband George or “Georgie” as she called him, her son David, her parents Ed and Sally Wellbrock, brothers Larry, Ronnie, Floyd, Jim (deceased on March 30, 2025) and sisters Jeanette Harris and Cora Wellbrock.

Dianne is survived by her sons: Anthony (Tony) Vigil, and Robert (Bobby) Vigil, and grandson Jordan Vigil; her brothers Lee Wellbrock and partner Bonnie Dolata, Dennis Wellbrock and wife Theresa, three sisters: Kathleen Wellbrock Cooper, Betty Woodruff and husband Dennis, Brenda Gross and husband Gary: sister-in-law Jeanette (Jan) Wellbrock, and brother-in-law Art Harris and many nieces and nephews.

Dianne was born on April 28,1942 in Victoria, KS and graduated from Victoria High School in 1960. After graduating, she lived a few years in Salina, KS before moving to Kew Gardens, NY where she was a lifelong resident. Diane worked outside the home all her adult life until her retirement. Dianne loved music. She spent hours on the computer looking for and listening to music.  She loved all varieties of music, but especially old country music. Those were the songs she sang in harmony with her sister Jeanette while the rest of the family joined in.

Distance didn’t separate Diane from her family.  They spent many hours on the phone with her every week. She loved her visits to Colorado and back home to Kansas, and most recently attended a large family reunion in the summer of 2024 in Victoria.

The family will be holding a private service in New York to celebrate her life well lived. Dianne loved her family dearly and will be missed by all who cherished her.
