HAYS, KS – USD 489 Early Childhood Connections is now accepting applications for enrollment in its high-quality early childhood education programs for the upcoming school year. USD 489 Early Childhood Connections provides comprehensive early learning opportunities designed to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
