A 23-year-old woman from Ellis County was arrested on Nov. 30 on allegations of indecent solicitation of a child.
Ellis County Attorney Aaron Cunningham said Trinitee Faith-Anne Collins is being held at the Ellis County Jail. He said the alleged incident involving Collins occurred via electronic communication.
The charge is classified as a level six person felony.
According to court records, Collins allegedly attempted to engage in a sexual act with a minor between the ages of 14 and 16 about Nov. 25.
Cunningham said Collins appeared for a status conference via Zoom on Tuesday morning.
