THOMAS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 10a.m. Wednesday in Thomas County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1996 Chevy 1500 driven by Jaden R. Spencer, 23, Limon, Colorado, was northbound on U.S. 283 one mile north of AA Road.
The pickup traveled off the road the road, entered the west ditch, re-entered the roadway, spun counter clockwise, entered the west ditch again and overturned onto the passenger side.
EMS transported Spencer to Hays Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
