SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Former Hays High and Oklahoma standout Jaren Kanak left Thursday's preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers early with a pectoral injury and is scheduled to undergo an MRI for further evaluation.

Titan quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator&nbsp;Brian Callahan confirmed the injury after the game.

Kanak was making his NFL debut after being drafted in the seventh round in April. He's competing in a crowded tight end room to make the Titans' 53-man roster.
