SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Former Hays High and Oklahoma standout Jaren Kanak left Thursday's preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers early with a pectoral injury and is scheduled to undergo an MRI for further evaluation.
Titan quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator Brian Callahan confirmed the injury after the game.
Kanak was making his NFL debut after being drafted in the seventh round in April. He's competing in a crowded tight end room to make the Titans' 53-man roster.
