Brenda Sue Krontz, 66, of Oakley died Monday, September 2, 2024, at Logan County Hospital in Oakley, KS, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 5, 1958, in Oakley, KS to Robert D. Schiltz Sr. and Pauline (Schoenberger) Schiltz. Brenda was the oldest of five children to this union.
Brenda was a homemaker. She enjoyed dancing in her younger years, playing cards, going to bingo at times, and loved babysitting her grandchildren and great grandchildren. But most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Brenda married Robert E. Force Jr. on April 19, 1975, to this union five children were born: Terry Force, Jenny Corber, Jason Force, Jessica Force, and Michelle Force. She married Donald Heinrich on January 11, 1986, and to this union there were two children born: Tracy Woods and Travis Heinrich. She then married Mark Krontz on December 22, 1999. Brenda and Mark were married for 24 years.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; grandson Chrisstopher A. Tanner Jr.; two nephews; one great niece; two great nephews; grandparents; and many aunts and uncles.She is survived by her husband Mark Krontz of Oakley, KS; seven children, Terry (Amy) Force of Wichita, KS; Jenny Corber of Dighton, KS; Jason Force of Oakley, KS; Jessica Force of Denver, CO; Michelle Force of Dighton, KS; Tracy Woods of Oakley, KS; and Travis (Anita) Heinrich of Oakley, KS; siblings, Robert (Durinda) Schiltz Jr. of Garden City, KS; Sharon (Richard) Zerr of Oakley, KS; Janet (Glen) Boeger of Colby, KS; Connie Schiltz (Larry Wright) of Levant, KS; and Tamera (Mike) Kaltenbach of Mullinville, KS; 24 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way.
Cremation was chosen. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024, at the United Methodist Church in Oakley, KS.
