TREGO COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 8p.m. Monday in Trego County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Freightliner semi driven by Robert T. Kesterson, 55, Reynoldsburg, Kentucky, was westbound on Interstate 70 crossing the Old 40 overpass bridge when high winds blew it over into the median. The semi rolled on to its drivers side.
EMS transported Kesterson to Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
