On average, Hays receives 3.33 inches of rain in May and 7.92 inches of moisture by the end of April.
The forecast for today is patchy fog and then mostly sunny, with a high of 82 and a low of 59. There is a 50% chance of thunderstorms tonight.
Sunny skies with highs in the low 90s are expected this weekend.
