LOGAN COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 9:30a.m. Monday in Logan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Chevy pickup driven by William J. Horne, 73, Windsor, Ohio, was southbound on U.S. 83 approximately two and one half miles south of Oakley.
The pickup rear-ended a 2005 GMC pickup driven by Glen E. Good, 66, Oakley, who slowed to make a left turn into a private drive.
EMS transported Horne and a passenger Marsha A. Horne, 72, Windsor, Ohio, to the Logan County Hospital. Good was not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
