HAYS, Kan. - Due to the weekend weather forecast, the Fort Hays State baseball team will play its first home series of the 2024 season on Saturday and Sunday, February 17-18 against New Mexico Highlands. Both days will consist of doubleheaders, with the first game scheduled for seven innings and the second game scheduled for nine innings.
First pitch on Saturday is set for 1 p.m. from Larks Park, with Sunday's doubleheader slated to begin at noon.
The Tigers enter the weekend 6-2 on the year after winning each of their last five games, while the Cowboys are 0-8 on the year.
