KDHE revises virus case count in Ellis Co.; cases down one

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Wednesday revised Monday's report of  COVID-19 cases in Ellis County, dropping the total case count by one.

As of Wednesday, the University of Kansas Health System reported two COVID-19 inpatients at HaysMed, one active and one recovering.

Since reporting began, there have been 3,744 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 71 coronavirus-related deaths — the last of which was reported on March 10.
