LOGAN COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 4:30p.m. Saturday in Logan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2024 Volvo semi driven by Brett Daniel Focht, 41, Moulton, Iowa, was northbound on U.S. 83 eight miles north of Kansas 95.
The vehicle stopped on the shoulder due to visibility issues. The heavy winds blew the truck and trailer over onto its passenger side.
EMS transported Focht to the Logan County Hospital. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP. There was on juvenile in the vehicle; juvenile record is protected data, according to the KHP.
