GRAHAM COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Thursday in Graham County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Freightliner semi driven by John William Latimer, 52, Gem, Kansas, was westbound on U.S. Highway 24 one mile west of Kansas Highway 85.
The semi left the roadway, entered the north ditch, continued westbound in the north ditch where it struck a culvert and came to rest on the drivers side.
EMS transported Latimer to the Graham County Hospital. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
