GREAT BEND – The Hays High boys tennis earned a third place finish at the Western Athletic Conference meet in Great Bend Monday.
The number two doubles team of Ken Shaffer and Kale Schwien earned a first place finish with a 4-0 record.
The number one doubles team of Henry Fitzthum and Xavier Catura finished 3-1 and was second.
Colin Clark finished 1-3 and placed fourth in No. 1 single and the No. 2 single Kaiden Bunger finished 2-2 was third.
The Indians will travel to Salina South for their 5A regional on Friday.
