The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Wednesday reported just one new case of COVID-19 had been identified in Ellis County since Monday.

As of Wednesday,&nbsp;the University of Kansas Health System reported two COVID-19 inpatients at HaysMed, both active cases.

Since reporting began, there have been 3,727 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 73 coronavirus-related deaths.
