George W.&nbsp;Dugan, 87, of Osborne, KS, passed away on Friday, January 
1, 2021, at the Hays Medical Center of Hays, KS. &nbsp;He was born on October
 28, 1933 to the late James &amp; Florence (Forman) Dugan in Alton, KS.

George graduated from high school. &nbsp;He went into the U. S. Army as a SP4 in the Korean War. &nbsp;George became a farmer. &nbsp;

George married Mary Lou Oliva &amp; to this union,&nbsp;2 children were born.

George was a member of the Alton United Methodist Church.

George is survived by his wife Mary Lou of the home; daughters: Jan 
(Jim) Fiorelli of Richmond, VA; Julie (Lance) Wolters of Osborne, KS; 
sister: Margaret VanScyoc of Surprise, AZ; 5 grand-children &amp; 4 
great-grandchildren.
