The Hays High Indian Cross Country team switched up their schedule this week. Instead of a meet in McPherson on Thursday, the Indians headed the Augusta to race on the same course that the state meet will be held on.
Arley Maldonado medaled in 20th place with a time of 20:44.
Nayeli Cisneros placed 5th in the JV race.
The Hays runners next head to Junction City on October 2nd.
