The Bricks
The Bricks in Downtown Hays is inviting area businesses, home-based businesses, pop-up vendors, and nonprofit organizations to take part in this year’s Bazaar on The Bricks, a summer sidewalk sale with a little extra fun built in.
Bazaar on The Bricks will take place Saturday, July 25, 2026, in Downtown Hays, with vendors set up along Main Street between 10th and 12th Streets. The area also includes participating businesses on 11th and 12th Streets, extending one block off Main Street and creating an even larger downtown shopping experience.
The event is designed to bring shoppers downtown for a morning of sidewalk specials, open-air shopping, pop-up vendors, nonprofit fundraisers, and community connection throughout Main Street and nearby participating businesses on 11th and 12th Streets.
Local downtown businesses are encouraged to bring their best bargains curbside, while vendors from outside the downtown district are also welcome to set up along Main Street and add to the energy of the day. The event offers a chance for small businesses, makers, home-based businesses, and community organizations to connect with shoppers in the heart of Downtown Hays.
“Bazaar on The Bricks is a great opportunity to bring people downtown, support local businesses, and create a fun summer shopping experience,” said Lee Ann June, Executive Director of The Bricks in Downtown Hays. “We want Main Street and the surrounding blocks to feel lively, welcoming, and full of great deals, familiar faces, and new vendors for shoppers to discover.”
Vendor spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet. Downtown businesses may participate for $50, and businesses from outside the downtown district or home-based businesses may participate for $75. Nonprofit organizations are invited to participate or host a fundraiser at no cost.
Vendors must be set up by 7:15 a.m. and cleaned up by 12:30 p.m. on July 25th. Participants are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, and any other supplies needed for their booth. Vendors needing additional space may contact The Bricks directly.
