Hays High’s Jaycee Oakley shot a 9-over par 80 and finished in 12th place at the highly competitive Hutchinson Invitational Golf Tournament held at the Carey Park Golf Course.


Oakley was the lone top-20 finisher for Hays who placed 11th in the 19-team tournament.

Kinslea Jones of Maize won the individual title with a 5-under par 66. Two other golfers were tied at even par.

Manhattan won the team title with a 297.&nbsp;Maize was second at 331. Hays High had a 397 team score.
