The Hays Area Planning Commission will meet at 4 p.m. Monday in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main, to consider approval of the final plat of 161 First Addition.
The property, also known as the Braun property, located at the northeast corner of the Interstate Exit 161 interchange, is owned by the city of Hays.
The proposed final plat includes two blocks with a total of 13 lots ranging in size from 1.2 acres to 9.7 acres.
The property has been annexed and rezoned to general commercial.
City utilities are being installed to the property which will be available to extend for future development.
