UPDATE: Police identify two suspects in Dollar General armed robbery

The Hays Police Department has identified two of the three suspects on an armed robbery Sunday at the Hays Dollar General at 1208 E. 27th.

Batalova Olatide Senuoke, 38, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, aggravated criminal threat, criminal possession of a firearm by a felon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Bryan Parsley, 42, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery

Both are being held in the Ellis County jail.

The third person allegedly involved in this incident has not been arrested at this time. This person suffered an injury and remains in the hospital, the HPD said in a news release, noting all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.

The case will be referred to the Ellis County Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
