Betty Ann Elder, age 84, died on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at her home in rural Greeley County, Kansas. She was born on March 16, 1936, in Logan County, Kansas, the daughter of William and Gladys Marie Couch Blau.
She was a lifetime member of the Leoti and Tribune communities. She also was a member of the Methodist faith and active in the quilt guild and a volunteer at the Leoti Thrift Store.
Survivors include: Two sons - Larry & Terry Elder of Leoti, Kansas, Marvin Elder of Leoti, Kansas; Four grandchildren - Toby Harbin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Brady (Renee) Harbin of Leoti, Kansas, Ashley Woods of Leoti, Kansas, Levi (Simone) Elder of Leoti, Kansas; Five Great Grandchildren - Bailey Preedy, Madison Harbin, Colton Harbin, Walker Woods, Juliet Elder.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Visitation will be at Price & Sons Funeral Home of Leoti from 10-8 pm on Friday, February 12, 2021.
Funeral services will be held at the United Methodist Church of Leoti on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will be at the Leoti Cemetery immediately following the funeral services.
