Midwest Energy Inc., is seeking a Real Estate Specialist!
The position will be responsible for securing easements, real estate purchases and permits that establish access for the company to construct, modify and maintain Company electric facilities and infrastructure.
The company is looking to locate this position in its Hays or Great Bend offices, but other locations may be considered based on proximity to Midwest’s electric service territory.
An associate degree or post-secondary certification in real estate, engineering technology, environmental science, land surveying, geographic information systems, or another related field is required, however, experience may be substituted for education.
Applicants must have three years of relevant experience and prior experience with an electric or natural gas company is helpful.
