The Kansas Department of Health an Environment on Wednesday announced that 24 new cases of COVID-19 had been identified in Ellis County since Monday.
As of Monday, there were 24 COVID-19 inpatients at HaysMed, down from 26 Tuesday, with 15 of those cases active and nine in the recovery phase.
Since reporting began, there have been 3,347 cases of coronavirus identified in Ellis County.
As of 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, there was no update of cases from the Ellis County Health Department.
