The Ellis County Historical Society would like to sincerely thank Barrels, Brews & Bites for their generous $1,500 donation supporting operations of the ECHS museum campus in downtown Hays.
We were honored to be selected as a beneficiary of proceeds from this exciting downtown event and are grateful for the energy and enthusiasm the organizers have brought to our community. Events like Barrels, Brews & Bites do more than provide a fun evening out — they help strengthen downtown Hays, encourage tourism, support local organizations, and create opportunities for people to gather and enjoy all our community has to offer.
ECHS is proud to be part of the historic Chestnut Street district and the growing momentum surrounding downtown Hays. Barrels, Brews & Bites will quickly become a unique addition to the community calendar, bringing together local flavor, entertainment, businesses, and visitors in a way that highlights the best of our area. We are excited to see the event continue to grow into a long-standing tradition for both residents and visitors alike.
