RUSSELL COUNTY—A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 4p.m. Sunday in Russell County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2022 Kenworth semi driven by&nbsp; Vincent O. Weiss, 66, St. Joseph, Mo., was westbound on Interstate 70 just before 181 Street during severe weather conditions.

A strong gust of wind hit the truck, pushing it across both lanes of the highway and into the median where it rolled onto the drivers side.

EMS transported Weiss to Russell Regional Medical Center.&nbsp; He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.

Driver hospitalized after semi overturns on I-70 during storm
