LIBERAL - The Hays High girls’ golf team finished second at the four-team Liberal Redskin Invitational Monday at the Willow Tree Golf Course. The Indians shot a 396, 51 strokes behind first place Garden City.
Jaycee Oakley led the Indians with an 83 and placed second, four behind Garden City's Brooke Savolt. Ava Erbert finished sixth for Hays with a102, Liz Dreiling placed ninth with a 105 and Kinley Pfannenstiel came in 10th with a 106.
