GOVE COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 6:30p.m. Sunday in Gove County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Volvo semi driven by Enea Onuzi, 34, Chicago, Illinois, was westbound on Interstate 70 at Park.
The vehicle traveled all over the roadway and entered the north ditch. When attempting to reenter the highway the truck laid over on the passenger side and came to rest facing southeast blocking both westbound lanes of travel and shoulder.
EMS transported Onuzi to Gove County Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
