The Ellis County Commission will consider appointing a delegate to represent the county at the Kansas County Association Multiline Pool during its meeting at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
County officials from across Kansas will gather Dec. 9-11 in Wichita for a series of educational sessions and workshops.
Because the Kansas Association of Counties Conference overlaps with the regularly scheduled county commission meeting, a cancellation notice will be issued since all three commissioners plan to attend the event.
The commission will also hear the introduction of new and promoted employees at its meeting.
