Hays reached a record high of 81 degrees Saturday, with a low of 36, according to the K-State Ag Research Center.
Exactly one year ago, the high was 66 and the low was 28. Hays has received 24.63 inches of moisture year-to-date.
On average, Hays receives .84 inches of rain in November and 23.34 inches of moisture year-to-date by the end of November.
The forecast for today is sunny, with a high of 71 and a low of 41. Highs are expected to stay in the lower 60s through Thursday, with a chance of showers that day.
