WACONDA — It’s the 8th&nbsp;annual Wakonda Indian Festival on Saturday, October 7 at Glen Elder State Park from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.&nbsp; There will be award winning native American dancers, traditional native food, a teepee set up, and native silver jewelry and artwork.&nbsp;
