⚽ Tiger men receive votes in first regular season poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Fort Hays State men's soccer team is receiving votes in the first United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll of the regular season, released on Tuesday. The Tigers were not listed in the preseason poll, but are in consideration after a close loss UC-Colorado Springs, which holds the No. 20 spot this week.

Fort Hays State is 1-1-0 overall on the season and defeated MSU Denver in the season opener last Thursday. FHSU will face the 10th ranked team in the nation this week on Thursday, Maryville University, before facing Rockhurst on Sunday. The match with Maryville will be neutral site in Overland Park, Kan., while the match with Rockhurst will be their first true road match of the season Sunday in Kansas City, Mo.
