RUSSELL COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 10p.m. Tuesday in Russell County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Volvo semi driven by Joseph G. D. Camacho, 33, Beaverton, Oregon, was westbound on Interstate 70 near the Wilson exit. Strong winds from a thunderstorm overturned it.
EMS transported Camacho and a passenger Vhan H. Bullecer, 31, Lauderdale Lakes, to the Rusell Regional Hospital. Both were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
