Rural Phillipsburg resident Carol Fischer passed away Jan. 27, 2022,&nbsp; at the Kearney Regional Medical Center in Kearney, NE at the age of 63.

Survivors include her husband Jerry of the home; her son Brandon of 
Alma, NE; her father Dale Miller of Washington, KS; her brother, Clyde 
Miller of Salina and 2 grandchildren.

Cremation was planned.&nbsp; A memorial service will be held Thursday, 
Feb. 3, at 6:30 p.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jay 
Brandon officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Phillipsburg Rodeo Queen Contest.
