Kerry Lee Bahl, 89, Pleasanton, California, died Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Stanford Health Care-ValleyCare in Pleasanton.

He was born July 10, 1932, the son of 
Albert and Genevieve (Werth) Bahl.&nbsp; Kerry married Dorothy Engel in 1956 
after he was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force, where his 
assigned duties included test and maintenance of electronic fusing and 
firing systems of nuclear weapons.&nbsp; This skill and training led to his 
occupation as physicist for Lawrence Livermore Labs of Livermore, 
California, until his retirement.&nbsp; After 64 years of marriage, Dorothy 
preceded him in death on April 8, 2020.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 am 
on Saturday, April 30, 2022, in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays, with military 
honors by the Hays VFW Post 9076 Honor Guard.&nbsp; Funeral arrangements are 
in the care of Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
